I am trying to download messages and every so often there is one that cannot be downloaded.

Outlook says "The item cannot be opened".

I tried with both Oulook 2010, 2003, and MailStore, but the same problem occurs. This error causes the connection to be lost and prevents all prior email from being downloaded.

This problem is occuring throughout our organization on many different messages on many different accounts.

Any clues as to what to tell my email hosting provider to check?

Does the problem occur also when downloading the message using the Rebex POP3 or Rebex IMAP component, Or does it occur only when accessing from Outlook?
