Consume dll from another application

We have a developer license for SSH and created a dll (that references Rebex liraries) for our application. Another application in our division just wants to use this dll. They will not use Rebex libraries. Are they allowed to use this dll considering the licensing terms.

Hi,

according our licensing terms this is not allowed. Every developer who is using Rebex library must have a valid license - even if he uses it via a third party library.
