yes or not. It depends on what exactly do you mean by MFT. It is not a specific transfer technology. It is a general software solution for secure data transfer, see

If your transfer system is based on the FTP (including its secure version FTP/SSL, SFTP) then yes, Rebex component can put files to or get files from your server.
