I am not able to SFTP using the trial version. I'm getting a message to buy the licensed version. If I purchase the license and the SFTP still doesn't work then what should I do? What's the next step?
When you purchase a Rebex SFTP license, you have to switch Rebex assemblies from trial mode to full mode. If you followed the instructions and it still doesn't work, let us know which of the two approaches you tried, and which error message you actually received, and we'll try to help.
