File uploading in window phone 8.1 using rebex putFile method exception

As you can see in image url I am trying to upload image to a server with a defined location but I get exception. So please help me out.![enter image description here

You are getting UnauthorizedAccessException when accessing the local file. Please make sure that your program has sufficient rights to read the image file from "C:\Data\Users\Public\Pictures\Camera Roll\WP20151208001.jpg" and that the file path actually exists.
