Terminal Background Image

I am curious to know if there is currently capabilities to edit a background image into the terminal similar to how you can now on Windows 11. Would like to introduce this into my application.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a big demand for this feature. And adding it is far from trivial because the TerminalControl renderer was not designed with this feature in mind. On top of that, our list of must-have improvements and features is already very long, so it is unlikely we would be adding this any time soon.
