We will probably have only one developer working with RebexSFTP, but this might need to get outsourced. Is the one license deal bound to a person? |

We interpret the Rebex General License Agreement in following way: The license has not to be bound to a single person for lifetime. It can be transferred to another person e.g. when the team member is changed, it can even be used by spare developer e.g. during vacation etc. However one license cannot be shared by several developers at the same time. The terms mentioned above can be applied for external team member (outsourced developer) too. |
