I want to find the threshold value of Rebex SFTP Server.

The scenario i am facing is that in the sftp server a huge volume of files has come from another third party interface. Then  time out issue is happening. So I saw a suggestion that if rebex server limit exceeds the volume of files coming exception will occur. This is what I meant.

There is no explicit threshold for maximum count of items in a directory.

Please, create communication log for both client and the server as described at KB article and send it to support@rebex.net for analysis.

The time out issue is probably not related to the number of items in a directory.
