Getting error Can't build data connection: Connection timed out (425) FTP SSL

When trying to list of files in the directory, Getting the error. The login is directly to the folder.
425 Can't build data connection: Connection timed out...
INFO Ftp(1)[6] Response: 425 Can't build data connection: Connection timed out.
Info: Error while starting data transfer: Rebex.Net.FtpException: Can't build data connection: Connection timed out (425).

This looks like the FTP server (or firewall) is having troubles with establishing data connections even when the control connection has been reverted to unencrypted mode...

Are you able to connect using any third-party FTP/SSL client, such as FileZilla or WinSCP? If you are, please create two communication logs - one for Rebex FTP/SSL and one for the third party client - and either post them here or mail them to us for analysis. That should make it possible to tell what is going on.
